Refund Policy

🌿 Little Sprouts Refund Notice

At Little Sprouts we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase (e.g. order number, receipt) is required.

How to Request a Refund

Please email us at louise@littlesproutsuk.co.uk with the subject line "Refund Request – Order #[Order Number]".

Please include the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or faulty)

We will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable (unless faulty):
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.
- Shipping costs are only refunded if the item was faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

Exchanges
